Are you a compassionate and dependable individual seeking to make a positive impact on the lives of others? Winds of Change is currently seeking an Adult Group Home Staff Member to join our team for night shifts in Missoula, MT.

As a valued team member, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support to residents, assisting with daily activities, managing household duties, and fostering a nurturing living environment.

Shifts Available :

Full Time - 12-hour shifts for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday evenings from 6 pm-6 am.

On Call - Pick up shifts throughout the month when it works for you

Responsibilities :

Assist residents with daily activities and personal care
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the home
Ensure residents' safety and well-being throughout the night
Cultivate a supportive and positive atmosphere for residents

Compensation : 17 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities :

Evaluate and assess barriers that affect independent living or community living.

Address communication skills.

Identify and implement symptom management skills.

Develop social support systems.

Cleaning common areas.

Assist with medication distribution.

Adapt skills for home, work, education, vocation, leisure, and social activities.

Provide immediate crisis intervention; attend to the 24-hour crisis line.

Oversee the preparation of 3 nutritious meals per day.

Be responsible for following the transitional treatment plan developed by the manager.

Ability to maintain regular attendance.

Complete required documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications :

Education : High school diploma or equivalent required. College-level courses in mental health or psychology are preferred.

Experience : At least 1 year of experience working in a supervised setting with individuals who have severe disabling mental illness is preferred.

Physical Requirements : Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Vision : Requires good vision, including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, with a strong ability to focus and concentrate.
