POSITION SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for the oversight of all clinical and business operations activities associated with Mammography and Ultrasound for Windsong Radiology.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Education/Licensing/Certification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration
RT (M)
Master's Degree/MBA preferred
Experience(years and type):
5-8 years’ experience in operations leadership, business development, commercial strategy
Leadership in the field of Healthcare in Radiology or a medical practice, P&L responsibility preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
Business operations and development, especially within the healthcare space
Overall operations knowledge
Business analytics and data analysis frameworks
Health-system operating dynamics
Commercial best practices in sales and marketing
Strong communication skills - verbal and written, including presenting to large groups
Customer insight-based marketing strategy and sales effort optimization
Proficient computer skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
Six Sigma Lean techniques
Travel Required(% of time):
50% to 6 surrounding centers
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Primarily sitting
Lift up to 25lbs.

POSITION SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for the oversight of all clinical and business operations activities associated with Mammography and Ultrasound for Windsong Radiology.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall operations, leadership, strategic direction and coordination of employees and activities within the designated area(s) of responsibility
- Oversees and performs employee-focused management functions related to hiring, on-boarding/orientation, coaching/development, staffing, work assignments, employee relations, and performance management as guided by company policy and procedures. Manages PTO approval and timekeeping responsibilities for direct reports.
- Communicates to Senior Leadership regarding key trends in performance, new growth opportunities and competitive threats within assigned modalities
- Proactively communicates with staff and keeps them informed on a regular basis or as needed. Conducts regular staff meetings to disseminate important information relevant to their roles or the company. Encourages discussion so that employee feedback and any concerns needing clarification or resolution are addressed. Leads employee engagement efforts for assigned staff and leads the strategy for the Mammography Service line
- Coordinates activities within service line across sales, marketing, and operations. Support the pursuit and execution of new centers and other new business ventures within assigned modalities
- Assigned oversight for patient complaints and cases entered in Ethics Point for Mammography and Ultrasound services. Works closely with the Manager of Clinical Ops to resolve, as needed
- Liaison to key health system personnel and important stakeholder in the overall relationship with health systems
- Accelerates sustained improvements via strategy development. Defines process quality issues, measures current process performance, analyzes root cause defects, and develops targeted process improvement opportunities with internal business partners
- Ensures quality and patient engagement data and measures are gathered and tracked appropriately
