Responsibilities:
Windsor Building Services is a family owned commercial cleaning company based in Conroe since 1993!
We provide Medical Office Cleaning, Terminal Cleaning, General Office Cleaning, Final Construction Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Specialized Floor Cleaning, Maintenance, and Disinfecting Services.
Windsor Building Services is seeking a candidate who is willing to work a part time job near The Woodlands Parkway and Kuykendahl. Monday and Friday ONLY! Must have reliable transportation and dependable.
Cleaning parks restrooms, guard shack, mail boxes and taking trash! This job is physical, fast paced, and an excellent source for getting your daily steps in!

Responsibilities:
- Cleans offices, common areas, lavatories, and any other areas that may require attention.
- Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums, stairs and office space.
- Cleans light fixtures, ceilings and vents, walls, furniture, windows, and windowsills.
- Empties trash and garbage containers.
- Restock dispensers / supplies.
- Will be required to use cleaning chemicals properly and safely per Windsor's standards.
Physical requirements:
- Physically able to walk, stand, bend, lift for duration of shift.
- Significant walking.
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Able to reach, bend, stoop, push/pull, lift up to 30lbs.
Physical setting:
- Park - 2 parks in close proximity
Schedule:
- Monday & Fridays ONLY
- Approx. 2 hours per park per day / may vary
- Start time 7:30 AM
- Approx. 8-10 hours per week / may vary
Pay:
- $150 with weekly direct deposit
