Windsor Building Services is a family owned commercial cleaning company established in Conroe since 1993.
WINDSOR BUILDING SERVICES is looking for motivated, high energy crew members that perform general cleaning duties in buildings in a clean, orderly, and functional condition.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cleans offices, common areas, lavatories, halls, and any other areas that may require attention.
- Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs, elevators, and office space.
- Cleans light fixtures, ceilings and vents, walls, furniture, windows, and windowsills.
- Empties trash and garbage containers.
- Restock dispensers / supplies.
- Will be required to use cleaning chemicals properly and safely per Windsor's standards.
Physical requirements:
- Physically able to walk, stand, bend, lift for duration of shift.
- Significant walking.
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Able to reach, bend, stoop, push/pull, lift up to 30lbs.
Physical setting:
- Medical office
- Working SOLO
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- Start time 5:30pm. approx. 1/1.5 hours per night / may vary
