VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND MVR REQUIRED
Purpose for the Position:
To repair and maintain physical structure of hotel using hand tools and power tools.

Essential Responsibilities:

Main focus of this position is to do daily preventative maintenance of guest rooms (change air filters, check light bulbs, replace batteries, door handles, ventilations maintenance)

Replaces air conditioner filters.

Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating and ventilating equipment.

All other duties as assigned by a manager or supervisor.
Skills and Abilities:

Understand and use specifications.

Use hands, arms and fingers.

Work outdoors in all kinds of weather.
This position requires a hands-on approach (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and handle objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance). You will be on your feet and moving with purpose (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time).
