WINDSOR HOSPITALITY
Position: Parking Attendant
Department: 11 Job Code: 1200
Reports to: Front Office Manager/ Supervisor
Supervises Directly: N/A
Purpose for the Position:
Responsible for attending to immediate needs of each guest upon arrival.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet all guests in all forms of transportation arriving at the hotel.
- Ensure all driveways are kept clear; that vehicle is not parked or left standing in illegal spaces.
- Monitor all parking areas/ levels; report and vehicle/safety hazards; unauthorized personnel or potential security problems to Manager.
- Offers information pertaining to available services and facilities of hotel, points of interest and entertainment attractions.
- Take the initiative to offer assistance or answer questions throughout the hotel.
- Handle guests’ complaints by ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Cash handling for parking payments.
- Ensure confidentiality of hotel guests and security of access.
- Professionalism and courtesy are to be always extended to guests, associates, and vendors.
- Required to be always in uniform when working on the property including wearing a name identification badge.
- Supports and adheres to the core values, the mission statement, service fundamentals, and guest service philosophy as defined by the company.
- All other duties as assigned by a manager or supervisor.

- Always maintain a professional appearance and manner.
- Occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions.
Physical Demands: Medium work. Exerting up to 10-50 pounds of force occasionally. Frequently stands, walks, and sits. Regularly uses hands, pushes, pulls, reaches with arms and hands, talks, and listens. Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, and crawls. Must be able to see objects and people up close and at a distance.
Requirements
- High School completion or an equivalent level of education and experience.
- Valid Driver’s License for applicable state and clear driving record supported by Department of Motor Vehicles for same state.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Attendance:
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by WCG, Inc. from time to time, is essential to be successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance/ tardies will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Upon employment, all employees are required to fully comply with Windsor Capital Group, Inc. rules and regulations and will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Qualifications
Salary : $17 - $19
