Weekend Receptionist

The Weekend Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors with outstanding customer service. Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answering calls and directing them to the correct unit, department or voicemail
  • Making sure all visitors sign in when entering the building and out when leaving
  • Must communicate with callers/visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assist families and visitors with directions to units
  • Scanning and filing as needed. 
  • Must comply to HIPPA. 

This is a part time position scheduled every Saturday and Sunday from 8am-5pm
