Full job description
Windsor Companies is looking for new landscape laborers for the 2025 summer season! We’re seeking hardworking laborers to assist with enhancement projects under the supervision of a foreman. If you have experience in landscaping, irrigation, or construction and enjoy working outdoors, apply today!
Location: Maplewood, MN
Wage: $18 - $25/hr depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 5:30 pm (weekends as needed)

Duties of the landscaping and irrigation laborer:
- Assist in installation and construction projects
- Operate mowers, weed whips, shovels, rakes, rock laying, paver installation, and planting
- Use heavy equipment such as skid steers, trenchers, and excavators
- Load and unload materials
- Transport materials using trucks and trailers
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
Requirements of the landscaping and irrigation laborer:
- Prior experience in landscaping, irrigation, or construction preferred
- Heavy equipment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively
- Valid Driver’s License & Medical DOT Card
- Acceptable motor vehicle record
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Pass all pre-hire requirements
