- To provide direct care, support and supervision of residents.
- To facilitate psychoeducational trauma informed groups for residents.
- To be responsible for all required documentation for shift in the electronic filing system, including passing pertinent information directly to the next shift.
- To assist in house management, including keeping the house clean, neat and safe.
- To attend staff meetings and individual supervisions.
- To assist in supervision of residents during recreational activities.
- To occasionally provide transportation to residents.
- To successfully complete designated training for this position.
- To enforce house rules and policies and procedures.
- To administer medication to residents.
- To perform related duties.
- The Advocate reports to the Program Manager.
