Located in the beautiful town of Proctorsville, our organization is committed to providing crisis prevention, early intervention, and essential resources to help youth and their families make healthier choices.

About the Role:

As a Youth Advocate (Overnight Shift), you’ll play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for the youth in our care. This includes:

• Supervising overnight childcare services
• Performing regular bed checks & ensuring a secure environment
• Cooking and light housekeeping duties
• Communicating with staff and updating records
• Enforcing house policies while offering support and guidance

Shifts: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM

What We’re Looking For:

✔Must pass a criminal background check
✔Valid driver’s license required
✔Ability to stay awake & complete assigned tasks
✔Flexibility to adapt to changing duties
