Marketing Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting current and potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, mail, and email. This role involves promoting our products and services. The position offers a base hourly rate with the potential for commission and bonuses based on new customer acquisitions and re-engaging long-lost customers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Contact current and potential customers via phone, mail, and email to promote our products and services.

· Mail out marketing materials to current and prospective customers.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

· Provide feedback to the VP of Distribution on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.

· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

· Attend and participate in group meetings, which involve speaking clearly and effectively to convey ideas, provide feedback, and engage in discussions.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Bi-lingual is preferred but not required.

· Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and time management abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

· Base hourly rate.

· Bonus opportunities based on new customer acquisitions.

Working Conditions:

• Mobility: Maintain a stationary position which may include Climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting, reaching. Perform repetitive tasks using hands to handle objects, tools, or controls.

• Lifting: Safely lift materials up to 10 lbs. unassisted

• Communication: Must be able to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues. This includes the ability to listen actively, respond clearly, and convey information accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
