If yes, how you will contribute to the team:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Sub-Acute, you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a licensed nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents. This includes but not limited to:
- Assisting resident with or performing Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
- Assisting resident with ambulation and transfers;
- Assisting licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed;
- Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information; and
- Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
Must Have:
- Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program
- Current CNA certification
- Current and valid CPR
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
- Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Behavioral care / memory care experience
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
