About The Role
Windsor is seeking motivated individuals who love to learn and grow their skills, and who want to help their teammates do the same. As a Civil Engineer, you will support project teams in delivering innovative infrastructure solutions under the guidance of experienced professionals. This role offers the opportunity to develop technical expertise through hands-on experience with engineering calculations, CAD design, and construction administration. You'll work closely with project teams to translate engineering concepts into detailed designs while maintaining Windsor's commitment to quality. 70,000 - 85,000 USD per year(Ridgefield)

What You'll Do
- Demonstrate Windsor’s core values though positive representation and strong relationship building.
- Assist our Project Engineers with a wide variety of infrastructure projects.
- Perform engineering calculations and technical work under qualified supervision.
- Perform drafting and modeling using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or Revit software.
- Support project delivery through engineering, drafting, and planning activities.
- Assist with project plans and specifications, preparing cost and quantity take-off estimates.
- Bring an enthusiastic approach to your work daily, with a willingness to see challenges as opportunities.
- Participate in continuous learning of industry standards and codes.
- Complete site visits as needed.
- 1-4 Years of experience in CAD, Civil3D modeling and drafting
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a similar degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Proficiency in preparing, reading, and understanding technical documents
- Experience with and ability to perform drafting and modeling in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Bluebeam
- Knowledge of basic MS Office skills including Word and Excel
- Strong written, verbal ad technical communication skills, and ability to work on a team
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
