The Pay Range For This Role Is
110,000 - 150,000 USD per year(Duluth)
110,000 - 150,000 USD per year(Minneapolis)

What You'll Do
- Demonstrate Windsor’s core values: The Right Attitude, Ownership, and Constant Improvement.
- Manage projects (As “Lead” and/or “PM” when assigned)
- Responsible for project delivery (scope, schedule, and budget)
- Act as Engineer of Record
- Work closely with clients and other stakeholders to represent Windsor positively and grow strong long -term relationships
- Develop and maintain relationships with team members and those we collaborate with outside of the company (including clients)
- Effectively communicate design options to a diverse stakeholder group
- Assist with estimating and proposal efforts for new project opportunities
- Effectively plan and manage multiple projects and deadlines and complete deliverables on time and on budget
- Mentor and train junior team members
- Responsible for quality and following Windsor’s Quality Management Plan (QMP)
- Knowledge of engineering systems, codes, and other disciplines
- Coordinate with other disciplines (Mechanical, Plumbing, Architectural, Structural, etc.)
- Complete site visits
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in MN, OR and/or WA
- Minimum of eight (8) years experience in the MEP design industry,
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Experience as Project Manager preferred
- Proficiency in advanced electrical engineering calculations
- Proficient in standard industry software: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam
