Job Summary
The successful candidate will independently perform CT and X-ray procedures, producing images for interpretation by licensed practitioners. This role supports both outpatient and inpatient settings with a variable schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality CT and X-ray/fluoroscopic exams and procedures as requested by medical staff.
- Operate with limited supervision while maintaining attention to detail, customer needs, and high reliability.
- Assist medical staff in other departments during exams and procedures as necessary.
- Complete documentation of all required information for proper interpretation, reporting, archiving, and retrieval of exams.
Requirements
- Graduate of Committee of Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA) accredited Radiology program or equivalent.
- Documented competencies in Radiology and CT.
- Montana Licensure (Radiologic Technologist).
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) advanced certification in CT.
- American Heart Association BLS within 90 days of hire.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous radiology experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in health care related studies.
Work Environment
This position requires working varied shifts, including weekend night shifts, specifically 3 x 12hr shifts every Saturday, Sunday, and Monday night in Big Sky, MT.
