- Valid State of Maine Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification
- 1-3 years previous Physical Therapist experience preferred

- Job Duties :
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services
- Perform evaluative and therapeutic procedures
- Establish therapeutic plan of care
- Work towards maximizing patient's functional abilities and independence
- Work Environment : Outpatient and acute inpatient settings
- Shift : Days - 8 : 30-5pm
- Specialty : Rehabilitation Therapy
- Sub Specialty : Physical Therapist
- General Certifications : BLS / BCLS
