On Call / Weekend Requirement : no on call, three weekends (one each month) accomplished with COMP days

LOCAL RATE WITHIN 60 MILES OF FACILITY
Requirements :
- DC PT licensure
- pending DC accepted as long as the license is active prior to start; must already have compact PT licensure in hand
- 2 years of experience : PT Acute care dealing with patients in the following diagnoses : Gen-Med, Gen-Surg, Vascular Sx, Abdominal Surg, Ortho, Oncology, Podiatry, Endocrine
- this facility requires all travelers to have the flu vaccination
