- Preferred skills include knowledge of area resources and NATE
- Typical procedures include interviewing patients/families face-to-face, conducting MDRs on each unit daily, and InterQual reviews on every patient
- Ideal candidate is someone who gets along with anyone, not shy or timid
- Job may require floating to the entire hospital, including W&CH and ED
- Dress code is Caribbean blue scrubs/white jacket
- Must follow hospital guidelines/policies
- Job may require rotating weekends (Sat & Sun, 8-4:30)

- Job duration is for 13 weeks

- Unit has a typical census of 180-230 including W&CH
- There are currently six case managers
- One case manager works weekends from 7 am - 7 pm
- Four to five case managers work Monday through Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm
- Patient ratio is 1:40 from Monday to Friday
- Equipment used includes laptops and cell phones
