Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN) Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of a professional nurse, As a Licensed Practical Nurses(LPN) you will be responsible to, render nursing care to residents, observe and report symptoms and conditions, take vital signs, administer medications and record reactions, collaborate with physicians regarding changes in condition, maintain records reflecting the residents on-going conditions. Assist with feeding residents, assist in improving the welfare of the residents.
Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of a Professional Nurse, render nursing care to residents. Observe and report symptoms and conditions, take and accurately record temperature, respiration, pulse and blood pressure, administer medications and record reactions, maintain records reflecting the residents conditions, assist with feeding residents and assist in improving the welfare of the residents.
LPN/RN Requirements: Current license with Ohio Board of Nursing, CPR Certified (BLS preferred).
