Windsor Rehabilitation and Healthcare is looking for Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to join our skilled nursing facility! Windsor Rehab is a 108 bed skilled nursing facility with both long term residents and short term rehab patients. We are currently under new management and have exciting upgrades including replacing all beds, getting new floors and magnetic door-lock upgrades. Come check us out!
Shifts available: _Double Weekends (6a-10p), M-F (2-10p)________
Hours: Sat/Sun(6a-10p), Sat/Sun (6a-2pm), M-F (2-10p
Pay range: ___16 ______
Bonus (if applicable): ___Additional hourly Pay for Referral of other CMA or CAN employees***_________
CMA Job Duties:
- Administer medication to residents
- Record medication dosages and times
- Respond to patients call signals to identify patients’ needs
- Perform all duties in compliance with federal, state and local regulations and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Texas CNA and Medication Aide Certificate (CMA)
- Have a "Customer Service" attitude
- Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
