What you will do:
As a Receptionist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for everyone entering the facility. You will greet visitors, answer telephones, direct callers to appropriate parties, and assist with general administrative support functions of the facility.
Must haves:
- 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Able to use a 10 key calculator, copier, and mailing equipment
- Pleasant voice and clear speech
Would be great:
- Experience in senior care facility
- Experience in healthcare

Compensation for roles at Rosewood varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state or local law, Rosewood provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Rosewood reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, as stated below:
