Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the efficient and high-quality preparation of meals, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Supervise, implement, and maintain core menus and recipe management systems, ensuring seamless operation of kitchen equipment and BOH computer systems.
- Ensure proper procedures for maintaining kitchen/equipment sanitation, conducting monthly internal sanitation audits to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment.
- Knowledge of PC software and POS systems, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
