About The Position
As a Windsor Project Manager, you play a pivotal role in guiding environmental agencies through transformative projects aimed at enhancing environmental actions. Responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of our software solutions, from initiation to post-implementation support, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption. You bring real-world experience in standard project management techniques, including time, cost, scope, performance, quality, and risk management.
You excel in migrating organizations from legacy applications to commercial information system solutions and have led teams in implementing these systems. Partnering with clients, you translate their needs into product parameters, maintaining control over scope, timeline, and budget. Your proactive approach includes hands-on problem-solving and continuous learning about the solution and process for project success.
With outstanding communication and organizational skills, you collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations. Motivated and self-directed, you eagerly seek to expand knowledge and take on additional responsibilities. Flexibility for travel to client sites is essential.
