We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at a prestigious hotel resort. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
*Responsibilities*
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them into their rooms efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Assist guests with check-out process and ensure billing accuracy
- Manage reservations and room assignments to optimize hotel occupancy
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
*Experience*
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel front desk operations is advantageous
- Familiarity with hospitality management software is beneficial
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential
