About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Vice President - Sales professional to lead the growth of Innovaccer’s Contract Modeling, Financial Analytics, and Actuarial Intelligence solutions within our existing customer base. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive the adoption of these solutions among providers—including health systems, ACOs, independent practice associations (IPAs), and Payers. The key success metric for this role will be the ability to effectively cross-sell and upsell this new portfolio.
The AVP - Sales will play a pivotal role in expanding Innovaccer’s footprint, creating deeper, more “sticky” customer relationships, and driving broader adoption of our offerings. This role will focus on transitioning from the “Land” phase to the “Expand” phase, ensuring customers unlock additional value through our new solutions.
This role will work closely with the existing AVP’s / CSDs of Innovaccer and is an excellent opportunity to broaden the strategic footprint with Innovaccer existing customers with target personas like CFO, CSO, Chief Growth Officer and other Finance and Strategy Leaders within Provider and Payers.
A Day in the Life
- Sales Strategy and Execution :
Develop and implement strategic account plans targeting healthcare organizations, including hospitals, ACOs, and health systems, with a focus on key personas and value-driven outreach.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives and operational leaders to influence buying decisions.
Position solutions as enablers of value-based care by leveraging predictive analytics, risk stratification, and data-driven insights.
Lead high-value negotiations and complex sales cycles, ensuring deals are structured for measurable outcomes and mutual long-term success.
