We’re looking for a Technical Recruiting Manager to drive GenAI Engineering hiring. This person will lead all recruiting-related goals around headcount attainment and efficiency for their functional areas (ex. hitting headcount and funnel conversion targets, building and being accountable for hitting recruiting OKRs, reporting on recruiting progress, etc.).
You will :
- Design and execute comprehensive technical recruiting strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Manage a team of technical recruiters, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance development
- Lead, set clear guidelines, coach and develop a team of recruiters
- Develop and optimize recruiting processes, including candidate experience, interview methodologies, and assessment techniques
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand evolving talent needs and skill requirements
- Implement data-driven recruiting metrics and analytics to continuously improve hiring effectiveness
- Develop employer branding strategies to position the company as a top destination for technical talent
- Manage recruiting technology stack and explore innovative sourcing and assessment tools
