Job Overview:
This position reports to the director of marketing and is located in either Northern California or Salt Lake City Utah. Must be able to travel to different sites in CA, UT, and VA, as well as conferences and trade shows across the country. This position will work with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to manage and deliver projects to support internal and external branding across various Company sites, customer showrooms, and tradeshows.
This person needs to be highly organized and detail-oriented, as well as hands-on in working with third-party and site leaders to install signage, painting and decals, as well as meeting the overall programmatic look of the final product. Project management of both small-scale installation (signage, showroom walls etc.,) and larger scale site renovations & remodels (coordinating multiple outside contractors and project stakeholders). Understanding materials for indoor and outdoor setup and use of signage and promotions. Experience with tradeshow booth design and set up.
Responsibilities:
- Work with marketing, sales, and operations teams to manage and execute branding projects.
- Coordinate with third parties and site leaders to ensure successful installation of signage, painting, and decals.
- Travel to Company sites in California, Utah, and Virginia, as well as attend conferences and shows as needed.
- Experience with tradeshow booth design and setup.
- Design and build displays for customer sites.
- Oversee on-site implementation of branding projects to meet programmatic standards.
- Manage multiple branding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Monitor progress and address any issues to align with project goals.
- Ensure materials used for indoor and outdoor signage and promotional items are appropriate and durable.
- Maintain a hands-on approach to achieving the overall look and feel of the final branded product.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors, certification or experience in project management for branding projects, renovations, site specific marketing installations.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience designing or developing marketing materials, as well as specifying materials.
- Sign shop experience a plus.
Technical/Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and teaming skills.

- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

- Strong understanding of building materials and tools.
