Position: Dispatcher
Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch drivers for charter bus routes, trips, and special events.
- Monitor routes to ensure timely departures and arrivals.
- Communicate with drivers, clients, and management to address any schedule changes or issues.
- Use dispatch software to track vehicle locations and optimize routes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and passengers.
- Ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations.
- Work with a great group of professional commercial drivers and customers scheduling local and nationwide charters. You will also work closely with other dispatchers throughout Windstar to assist in dispatch needs from other locations.
Requirements:
- Experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in dispatch software & GPS tracking systems (or willingness to learn).
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation industry a plus.
