Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing all phases of project execution, from planning to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate logistics, including transportation, site preparation, and installation of manufactured housing.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
- Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, vendors, and government agencies.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates for senior management.
- Support day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
