What You’ll Do:
Wholesale Pricing Analyst develops market-based pricing solutions for complex proposals to Wholesale, Federal Government and Global Accounts customers while meeting Windstream financial goals. This role involves collaborating directly with sales, sales engineering, Transport Planning/Engineering, and ISP teams. This position strategically works with the Product Managers to design market-based pricing plans for all products that optimize revenue and margin attainment for Windstream Wholesale. Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Objective
Minimum Requirements: College degree and 3-5 years professional level experience with 1 year; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required. Detail oriented. Strong financial modeling acumen with the ability to create and manage complex financial modeling
Desired Qualifications: Knowledge of transport, ethernet, internet and access products; market research methodologies; current and emerging technologies. Willingness to learn. Strong interpersonal skills

Position Objective
- Develop and manage Complex pricing proposals for customer ICB (Individual Case Basis) business opportunities and provide accurate and competitive price quotes in a timely manner.
- Deliver market-based pricing solutions to sales in response to complex customer requests.
- Work with Product Management to understand customer requirements and price competitively
- Work with the Business Process and IT teams to ensure that pricing is updated in Wholesale Portals and that the Portals deliver accurate current pricing.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Windstream Wholesale product set, competitive landscape and financial parameters to ensure consistency and alignment with company objectives and goals
- Build relationship/partnership with Product, Transport Planning/Engineering, and ISP Engineering to ensure maintenance of accurate cost information. Understand the flow of cost information from our underlying cost systems into our quote/order engine ( iConnect), as well as on net cost structure to ensure that accurate pricing at desired margins/ROI is being achieved.
- Work with sales to address concerns about standard pricing and capture relevant competitive pricing data.
- Manage custom pricing for select customers who load Windstream pricing into their own quoting tools. Ensure those customers have current accurate pricing.
