This is a part-time, in-office position based at our Hilton Head Island, SC location, working alongside our fun and creative team.

Requirements
Position Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Reservation Specialist, you’ll support the Reservations Team in a variety of essential tasks, including but not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls, booking reservations, and promoting our programs
- Forwarding calls and messages to the appropriate team members
- Notifying the Reservations Manager or Director of Program Operations when guides or captains need to be assigned to booked programs
- Tracking guide, captain, and boat assignments to ensure every trip is fully staffed
- Assisting with customer reservation inquiries or issues
- Monitoring weather conditions and keeping guides, captains, and guests informed
- Coordinating trip updates and logistics with guides and captains
- Communicating guest reservation details with concierges and partners
- Attending occasional all-staff meetings
- Contributing to a positive team culture by leading with a helpful, professional attitude
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent; or 1–2 years of related experience/training; or a comparable combination of education and hands-on experience
- Strong computer skills, including comfort with reservation systems, internet tools, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, team-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
