Job Overview:
Windwalker Group seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage critical operations for our customers in Washington, DC. This individual will serve as the single point of contact for the contracting officer, COR, and the customer program manager, ensuring all activities align with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and program management expertise in a federal government environment.
Responsibilities:
- Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and execution of all activities under the PWS.
- Oversee and review the work of subordinates to ensure deliverables and requirements are met.
- Serve as the primary liaison for the contracting officer, COR, and the customers' program manager, addressing all project-related matters.
- Develop and present monthly dashboards and performance updates to senior-level leadership.
- Apply strategic thinking to anticipate challenges, resolve conflicts, and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Execute program objectives within defined timelines and budgets while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive collaboration among stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery and optimal outcomes.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Clearance: Must possess an active Q clearance or TS/SCI.
- Experience: Minimum of six (6) years of hands-on program management experience with the Federal Government.
Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Demonstrated ability to interact and collaborate with senior leaders within an organization.
- Expertise in strategic thinking, conflict management, time management, and multi-tasking.
- Proven ability to plan and execute complex programs to achieve defined goals.
Technical Proficiency:
- Hands-on experience creating and managing monthly dashboards for senior-level leadership.
Preferred:
- Advanced certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP).
- Familiarity with NNSA programs and operations or similar federal organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support decision-making at the executive level.
