We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at Windwalker Group. As a key member of our support team, you will provide top-notch desktop support services to users within the Secure Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) on both unclassified and classified networks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Windows operating environment with Administrator level access
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in information security and desktop support
Requirements:
• Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
• Relevant certifications: Network , Security , CASP, GSEC, GSLC, CISSP, CEH, CISM, CISA
• Three years of experience in specialized roles such as Information Systems Security Officer, Information Systems Security Engineer, or Facility Security Manager
• Proven ability to analyze and implement corrective actions based on vulnerability management tools
• Experience working in a SCIF environment

Salary Range:
The pay range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000 per year (Camp Springs, MD), $100,000 - $120,000 per year (Lee's Summit, MO).
