Windwalker Group is seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and dynamic individuals with excellent customer service skills to join our winning team of Unarmed Security Guards ! We are seeking 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift U narmed Security Guards, for a client in the Metro-Boston Area.
At $20.35 / hour , Windwalker offers excellent pay, benefits, and advancement opportunities for motivated and dedicated guards.
Windwalker Security Guards will provide a variety of services, which may include, but is not limited to the following tasks :
- Management of visitors at access control points with a combination of utmost courtesy, decisiveness, and professionalism.
- Consistently resolute professional appearance and demeanor of public-facing employees.
- Validate strict compliance with security standards.
- Emphasis on interaction with affinity participants such as local, state police, and DHS.
- Ensure high standards of conduct / zero tolerance for non-professional behavior.
- Effective and transparent employee discipline procedures.
- High touchpoints between and among contract employees, client management, and company managers.
- Preparedness planning for effective response to potential crises.
- Provide high level customer service to clients through daily interaction with students, staff, faculty and visitors.
