We are seeking an experienced Irrigation Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems, as well as performing regular inspections and troubleshooting any issues that arise. The ideal candidate will have experience in the irrigation industry, be knowledgeable about different types of irrigation systems, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems.
- Perform regular maintenance on irrigation systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with irrigation systems.
- Monitor water levels and adjust irrigation systems accordingly.
- Provide technical advice on the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of irrigation systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
Windwood Enterprises is expanding our Irrigation Department and is actively looking to hire a new experienced Irrigation Technician.
Job Description to include:
Following a schedule of winterization and startups of irrigation systems.
Activate and deactivate irrigation systems according to seasonal priorities or pre-established schedules.
Layout and install new or renovate existing irrigation systems according to plans.
Troubleshoots irrigation systems to determine repair needs.
Sets sprinkler heads and valve boxes.
Be an effective communicator with both customers and coworkers.
Must be able to operate smart phone and computer.
Must be a motivated, self starter and have a willingness to learn and grow within Windwood.
Pay: Depending on your experience.
Part time or Full time available.
