What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chief Organizational Excellence Officer position at Windwood Family Services?
Works under the director of the agency CEO and Deputy Director on initiatives geared to increase collaboration with cross-functional teams. Not only identifies areas for improvement but also develops and executes strategies that align with the company’s long-term strategic objectives, ensuring that operational excellence is woven into the fabric of the organization’s daily activities.
Champions performance and quality improvement in all administrative and essential functions of all departments. Creates a logic model for all accredited executive leadership meetings.
Creates an organizational dashboard to measure and track youth outcomes, family outcomes, and impact outcomes. Sets meeting agenda for monthly and quarterly committee meetings, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s operations. This position is tasked with leading continuous performance quality improvement initiatives, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices across various departments to ensure the organization operates at its highest potential.
Submits documentation and prepares agency and for COA re-accreditation in Residential Treatment, Family Preservation, and Community Mental Health.
Updates agency wide Policies and Procedures.
