Job Responsibilities:
Must possess LPC, LISW-CP, or LMFT licensure
Salary dependent on years of experience as an administrator/managing a clinical department, past residential treatment facility experience, and if possesses supervisory advanced licensure (LPCS, LISW#-CPS), and years of experience in behavioral health
Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts provides oversight of evidence based treatment services, and direct clinical supervision and expertise to licensed clinicians providing therapy and other master level clinical staff in their provision of therapeutic interventions to client population and their primary caregivers. Manages program Admissions and Discharges. Oversees the interdisciplinary treatment team meetings in the PRTF and QRTP programs. Keeps abreast of changes in SCDHHS, SCDPH, and COA standards along with specific state agency contracts for PRTF and QRTP programming. Alerts Deputy Director and subordinates of all changes; implements changes in program protocols as necessary. Leads weekly rounds with residential, clinical treatment, and direct care staff.
