We are a growing team of upbeat, outgoing, visually driven creatives who help our clients develop their online presence and make an impact.

We shoot commercials, dress in dinosaur costumes, and create lasting marketing strategies for a range of clients (More on the dinosaur costumes later). We have worked with brands like Timberland, NEMO equipment, Title boxing intl., Tivoli Audio among others!

We are also one of the fastest growing construction marketing companies out there!

We are adding a Wordpress Designer/Developer to our small but mighty web team.

The ideal candidate for this role is self-motivated and highly skilled in website design and development. We're looking for a candidate experienced in using Wordpress, specifically building with Elementor, etc. This candidate must have excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical teams.

From layout to functionality, you will work closely with our creative team and clients to build the best website for their company and needs. Our hope is to have a positive voice in the room working hand in hand with our creative team, helping with the why and how behind building a beautiful, functional website.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize & collaborate on website ideas
• Explore themes, templates, plugins, and other necessities to determine what will work best for a client’s website
• Create site maps and mockups to communicate design ideas and interaction
• Interface with clients to get their ideas and input, and develop designs based off their requirements
• Establish and promote internal design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Continue learning no matter what
• Have fun building websites!

Skills

• Background in creating Wordpress websites with builders such Elementor
• Ability to self-manage
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Ability to multitask
• Knowledge of current best practices
• Understanding of Wordpress
• Knowledge of hosting platforms & domain registrars (we use Kinsta!)
• Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools not required but a plus!

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9-5

Local/Ability to commute:

• Concord, NH 03301: Can reliably commute as needed or planning to relocate before starting work
• Hybrid flexibility: While we are open to a hybrid work schedule - We are a tight knit and collaborative team in Concord, so we encourage a 3 month period of being fully in-office! You’ll be able to meet and get comfortable with the team, understanding everyone’s roles and knowing who to best communicate with if you do choose to work hybrid. This first period will also introduce you to our current onboarding process, and our clients and their companies, to give you the best understanding of them and their websites moving forward.

Experience:

• Web design: 2 years (Required)
• WordPress: 1 year (Required)
• CSS: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: One location for at least the first three months; hybrid flexibility optional afterwards.
