We’re looking for a WordPress Developer to join our growing web team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on bringing web projects to life, can manage technical builds, and enjoys collaborating with clients and creatives to create websites that shine.
Position Overview:
As a WordPress Developer, you’ll work closely with our creative team and clients to design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress websites. You’ll play a key role in creating functional, visually engaging sites, managing plugins, themes, and integrations, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. If you enjoy balancing technical problem-solving with creative execution, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites using builders like Elementor.
- Translate client requirements into functional, user-friendly websites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to plugins, themes, or hosting.
- Implement SEO best practices and optimize site performance.
- Manage integrations with hosting platforms and domain registrars (we use Kinsta).
- Collaborate with clients and team members to align on project goals and milestones.
- Perform routine site maintenance, updates, and backups.
- Stay current on industry trends and incorporate new technologies where applicable.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience designing and developing WordPress websites.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity with PHP is a plus.
- Experience with WordPress builders such as Elementor or Divi.
- Strong understanding of website performance optimization and SEO.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other design tools is a bonus but not required.

Work Location:
We prefer the selected candidate to work on-site during the first month for onboarding. This time will help you get to know the team, clients, and current projects. After that, hybrid work options are available.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
