We are seeking an attentive and trustworthy caregiver to join our staff in providing excellent care to our residents. Caregivers will plan and follow a daily care schedule with clients, modify care plans as prescribed by medical professionals, and report on any new conditions or needs that may arise.
- Full time - 12 hour shift 3 days per week working every other weekend.
- Part time - 12 hour shift 1-2 days per week.
- Day shifts available, 7am - 7pm shift.
- Overtime occasionally available.
To succeed as a caregiver you should be patient, empathetic, and have strong people skills. You should be observant and committed to making your residents feel safe and comfortable.
Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care, which may include bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
- Providing emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks.
- Providing mobility assistance may be required, for example helping the client in and out of bed, a chair, or a wheelchair.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs.
Caregiver Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Documentation of Free from communicable disease including Tuberculosis (TB) test/screen done by a medical professional within 90 days before the start of employment.
- Available for training or prior successful completion of training requirements (DHS 88 & 83, ALL CBRF certifications listed on the UW-Green Bay Registry, including other company training)
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
- Proficiency in computer skills, with the ability to learn new applications.
- Caring, compassionate and dependable
- Ability to occasionally lift 80 pounds, bend, twist, reach, stand and walk on an ongoing basis.
- Freedom from the use and effects of use of drugs in the workplace
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must pass Department of Health Services background check
- A professional and friendly attitude.
- A willingness to work flexible hours.

Pay: $15.20 - $19.70 per hour
