Sales Associate Wine and Spirits Wholesaler
A Wine and Spirits Distributor Representative is responsible for selling and promoting alcoholic beverages to retail stores, restaurants, bars, and other establishments. They act as the link between the distributor and the client, ensuring that products are stocked, marketed, and sold effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with restaurants, bars, liquor stores, and other clients.
Promote and sell a portfolio of wines and spirits to meet or exceed sales targets.
Educate clients on products, including tasting notes, food pairings, and brand stories.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products.
Negotiate pricing, promotions, and placement of products with buyers.
Conduct tastings, events, and training sessions to boost brand awareness and sales.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market changes.
Process orders, manage accounts, and handle any customer service issues.
Work with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
