What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Representative (Guest Services) position at Wine Stone Inn?
The Wine Stone Inn is looking for someone to serve as our guests' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Looking for detail-oriented individuals who are adept at multi-tasking. Duties include tallying check-ins/check-outs/stay-overs, processing reservation credit card payments, booking reservations, checking in and checking out guests, enforcing hotel policies, responding to guest emails, etc. A passion for customer service and strong interpersonal skills are a must. Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel. Light cleaning and property upkeep to create the proper presentation to all of our guests. Must be dependable and punctual. Weekends, Holidays, and Evenings are required. Must be availabe between 3pm - 11pm. Experience is a plus but not necessary. Willing to train the right candidate. Must be of age to serve beer & wine to guests.
Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
