Location: Remote- with in-person time required for training, department planning, and team collaboration with occasional domestic travel for events.
Work Schedule: M-F 9-5, some exceptions

JOB SUMMARY
The primary role of the Event Coordinator is to support the Filter Build team’s administrative tasks. We are looking for an individual who is task driven, extremely detail oriented, has excellent communication skills, and can move from task-to-task while remaining organized. This position is responsible for tracking and communicating with leads, scheduling inquiry calls, importing data, building logistics, maintaining an accurate CRM system (Salesforce), supporting the Filter Build team in reaching their revenue goals and reaching more lives with clean water. This individual must love helping others, numbers, data accuracy, strong independent work ethic, respect for others, great working within a team dynamic, and working with purpose.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize and respond to event leads & inquiries in a timely manner (within 48 hrs)
- Coordinate and schedule partner calls.
- Maintain Events Calendar
- Follow best practice process for event management in Salesforce
- Update event opportunities and campaigns with event logistics & details
- Coordinate shipping logistics through data transparency & communication with Operations team
- Collaborate with Fund Development team to continuously foster relationships
- Schedule and coordinate pre and post event communications
- Organize & prepare event resources
- Other duties as assigned by the Senior Program Manager
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Excellent attention to detail
- High level of efficiency and organization
- Ability to collaborate and work interdependently; takes initiative to problem solve and is resourceful with creating solutions
- Strong computer skills
- Willingness to learn and grow to improve performance and role.
- Strong communication skills to navigate through tight timelines and for transparent feedback.
- Prior experience in Salesforce or other CRM database
- Strong communication skills
- 2 years of work experience with data entry, managing systems/processes
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, DOCUMENTATION AND SAFETY
- Sufficient physical ability to work in an office setting and operate office equipment; the employee is regularly required to bend, stoop, kneel, and at times may be required to lift 25 pounds and can be exposed to indoor, outdoor temperatures and various living situations. Must be able to operate motorized vehicles with a valid license.

THE TEAM
The WTW Filter Build Team is a group of passionate and professional individuals that are the front line of representing Wine To Water and our programs. The Filter Build Team executes events partnering with individuals and companies to not only learn about the global water crisis, but also be a part of the solution through assembling WTW Filtration Kits. It is a high impact CSR event and we work in a fast paced environment and it is all a group effort. We always say, you not only want to do a good job but be someone you want to do the job with. We rely heavily on our relationship with the Operations team, this is key to our success, as well as constant communication with Finance. The Filter Build Program is heavily integrated with International Programs, Marketing and Fund Development.
