We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include managing customer interactions, assisting with food and beverage orders, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Assist with bartending or brewing tasks as needed, showcasing your skills in drink preparation.
- Handle cash register transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders to guests.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and a helpful attitude.
- Uphold food handling standards to ensure safety and quality in service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with TOAST POS system is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is beneficial for maintaining safety standards.
- Wine experience is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
We are closed on Monday and Tuesday.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 16 per week
