WINESA continues to grow due to our commitment to providing outstanding customer service through our dedicated and knowledgeable employees and support from our suppliers.
We currently have an open position for Sales Consultant in the Lower Hudson Valley Region, Mid Hudson Valley Region & Albany area. The candidates need to have wine sales experience in distribution or related field with a strong track record in the market.
Responsibilities:
Maintain strong relationship with established customers, while growing new business.
Build and prove success in sales, bring new customers, suppliers or distributors, and continue with strong existing relationships within the industry.
Make creative and analytical approach to sales and territory management.
Be self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision, but with plan of action for every work day.
The role is specifically based for New York market development, requiring more familiarity with the local markets as well as opportunity to work with other states.
Collaborate with winery representatives and owners to enhance their product knowledge and strengthen business relationships.
Organize and participate in store tastings and promotional events.
Drive business growth horizontally and vertically, especially in key accounts.
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and improve our brands positioning and brand development.
