Location : McMinnville
Job Type : Seasonal, Full-Time (40 hours / week)
Duration : 40 hours / week February 10th - May 23rd, with the possibility of extension to a temporary position
Schedule : Flexible work schedule available if converted to a temporary position (hours can vary from a few hours per day to a few days per week)
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to a specific group of client inquiries in a timely manner, meeting defined SLA targets.
Manage, organize, and sort tickets in our ticketing platform.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams
Requirements :
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet SLAs.
Basic proficiency in using ticketing or customer service platforms (training will be provided).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work a set but flexible schedule if extended to a temporary position.
Location Requirement : This position is open to candidates who can work onsite at one of our locations in Napa, CA and McMinnville, OR.
Supplemental Pay : Bonus pay.
Pay range $21.00 $23.00
