GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Entry level warehouse associate to perform the following warehouse jobs; pick, pack, box making, heavy lifting, material handler, cross dock, and quality assurance and other various warehouse tasks.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Transports incoming and outgoing inventory to designated areas utilizing appropriate tools / vehicles to accomplish task including but not limited to hand dolly, forklift, electric dolly, pallet jack, and / or cherry picker
- Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to standard operating procedures
- Load and unload trucks
- Palletize completed orders
- Pre-build and stage packaging materials
- Performs quality inspections on outgoing shipments.
- Working knowledge with digital scanners
- Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
- Participates in quality improvement processes.
- Adhering to daily schedules and deadlines
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
