Salary : $17-$19 per hour
Job Summary :
As a Make-Ready Technician, you will play a crucial role in preparing vacant apartment units for new residents. You will be responsible for ensuring that units are cleaned, repaired, and maintained to meet high standards of quality and appeal. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to creating a positive living experience for our residents.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Performs general painting, sheetrock and carpentry repair needs.
- Check, repair or replace plumbing, electric, appliances, HVAC, window coverings for repair or replacement needs.
- Conducts preventative maintenance.
- Performs general cleaning and trash out tasks at the property.
- Assists in propertys grounds repairs and maintenance.
- Performs general repairs onsite to protect property and residents.
- Works to refurbish residences prior to occupancy.
- On call for emergencies.
