Wing Daddy's Sauce House is looking to hire servers/hostess/bartenders for our location on Mesa street in front of the Wal Mart and Home Depot.
- Wing Daddy's is an all-female establishment in the foh, other positions are available as well for all other applicants, fry cook, grill cook, prep, managers, dishwashers.
Server Hostess Expectations:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele
- Cash handling experience and proficiency in cashiering duties
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and managing inventory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bartender Expectations:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age of customers
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations - Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
