Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets the quality standards of the restaurant.
- Ensure that the kitchen is clean and organized at all times.
- Assist in the development of new menu items and recipes.
- Ensure that all food is stored properly and that all kitchen equipment is maintained and cleaned regularly.
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure that all orders are prepared and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures when handling food and kitchen equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Restaurant Manager.
